About the Author:
Tonya R. Davis is a native of Jacksonville, Florida; a devoted mother to a daughter and a son, a sister, an aunt, a great aunt, and a “dog” grandma. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Edward Waters College and obtained her master’s in Criminal Justice.
As an entrepreneur currently pursuing her passion for community outreach as the Co-founder and Executive Director of the nonprofit organization “Takin’ Better Care of Jax, Inc.” 501(c)3 founded in 2021; whose mission is to provide shelter for the homeless. She enjoys traditional holidays and monthly dinner gatherings with family. She lives for Christ and is a faithful member and lead usher at her local church.
