Rickey Smiley Discovers He Has 5-Year-Old Twin Daughters He Never Knew About

Nationwide — Atlanta-based radio host and comedian Rickey Smiley has discovered that he has 5-year-old identical twin daughters with his ex-girlfriend. He learned the shocking news shortly after marking the first anniversary of his son Brandon’s death.

Smiley shared the news on a podcast, explaining that his ex-girlfriend had learned the truth in a court appearance. She had initially believed another man was the girls’ father, but a paternity test later confirmed Smiley was their dad.

According to WSB-TV, despite knowing the girls their entire lives, Smiley had no idea they were his daughters. After learning the truth when they turned five, he says that he is committed to building a stronger relationship with them.

Smiley, who tragically lost his 32-year-old son Brandon in January 2023, said that finding out about his daughters felt like a reminder of life’s unexpected blessings.
