Nationwide — Brian McKnight has filed a defamation lawsuit against fellow singer Jaguar Wright after she accused him of hiring prostitutes and abusing his ex-wife. The R&B artist denies all allegations, calling them false and harmful to his reputation.
McKnight accuses Wright of deliberately lying to damage his name and career. He is now seeking financial compensation for the harm caused.
Wright, known for her outspoken nature and controversial comments, has made similar accusations against other music industry figures. She recently appeared on Piers Morgan Uncensored, where she claimed Jay-Z and Beyoncé had more “victims” than Diddy. After legal threats from the couple, Morgan issued a public apology.
Wright is also a named defendant in a lawsuit tied to sexual assault claims involving Sean “Diddy” Combs. Plaintiffs allege she helped transport victims to his home, where assaults allegedly took place.
McKnight’s lawsuit adds to growing questions about Wright’s credibility as she continues to make serious accusations against major industry names.
