Nationwide — Clayton Howard, a male escort linked to Diddy’s sex trafficking case, is suing both Diddy and Cassie. He claims Cassie gave him an STD, aborted their baby without telling him, and continued having unprotected sex with him. The lawsuit accuses the pair of years-long abuse and sexual exploitation.
According to TMZ, Howard says he was hired under the alias “Dave” to take part in “freak-offs” with Diddy and Cassie starting in 2009. For over five years, he alleges the couple flew him across state lines and used him as paid entertainment to satisfy their sexual desires.
In the lawsuit, Howard accuses both of drugging and manipulating him. He says Cassie pressured him to take ecstasy and perform extreme sexual acts that caused lasting physical harm, including peeling skin and scarring. He describes their relationship as toxic, violent, and mentally damaging.
Howard claims Cassie became pregnant from one of their encounters, but ended the pregnancy without telling him. Despite this, she allegedly continued unprotected sex with him, which he says resulted in him contracting an STD.
He’s seeking damages for physical injuries, emotional trauma, lost income, and medical expenses. Though not called to testify, Howard was mentioned during Diddy’s trial, where federal agents detailed trips and stays that Diddy allegedly paid for.
While Diddy was acquitted of racketeering and sex trafficking, he was found guilty of transporting escorts like Howard across state lines for prostitution. He remains in custody and faces up to 20 years in prison.
As of now, legal teams for both Diddy and Cassie have not responded to Howard’s claims.
