Nationwide — Breanna Haynes, a 32-year-old woman from Louisville, Kentucky, was arrested after police said she caused more than $1,000 in damage at a Little Caesars restaurant when she was told extra sauce would cost her $1.
According to WLBT, the case stems from an order she placed in January at the Little Caesars on 22nd Street in Louisville. Police said Haynes had called in an order and went to the restaurant to pick it up.
When she asked for extra sauce, a worker explained that it would add a $1 charge. Authorities said Haynes became angry after hearing the price.
Surveillance footage showed her knocking items off the counter, including the register, according to police. The outburst reportedly left the restaurant with over $1,000 in damages.
Louisville Metro Police arrested Haynes last week on a charge of criminal mischief.
