Nationwide — Kandi Burruss will pay her ex-husband Todd Tucker $426,000 as part of their divorce settlement. Neither side will receive child support or spousal support. They will share custody of their two children while dividing key assets and vehicles.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star and Todd married in April 2014 and finalized their split last year, according to TMZ. Their two children, Ace, 7, and Blaze, 4, will remain under joint legal and physical custody. Kandi will hold the kids’ passports, while Todd can request them when needed for international travel.
Both parties will retain several luxury vehicles. Kandi will keep a 2022 Bentley, Cadillac Escalade, Ford F-250, Porsche Cayenne, and a 1963 Chevrolet Camaro. Todd will take a 2020 Mercedes G-Wagon, a 2020 Porsche 911, a 2023 Range Rover, a 1973 Ford Bronco, a 1963 Lincoln, and a Ford Transit Van.
The former couple also agreed to sell their jointly owned food truck. Details on how their real estate holdings were divided were redacted in the filing. Todd will move out of Kandi’s guest house within 15 days of signing the parenting agreement, after claims that he had been staying there without permission.
To balance the assets and property, Kandi will pay Todd a $426,000 lump sum. They will also split credit card reward points, and Todd has already paid Kandi $38,000 to cover the balance on their 2025-2026 Atlanta Hawks season tickets, which Kandi will keep.
The divorce follows months of legal disputes over custody and financial arrangements. The case is now resolved, with both sides agreeing to terms that finalize their separation while maintaining a shared parenting setup.
