Nationwide — Pinky Cole, founder of Slutty Vegan and star of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, has disclosed her income and expenses as part of an ongoing bankruptcy case. Court filings show she reports earning $6,000 per month while working through a Chapter 11 restructuring plan.
The filing was submitted after Cole entered Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in February. It outlines her financial situation as she continues managing debt under court supervision and maintains her personal and business responsibilities.
According to TMZ, documents show how Cole structures her monthly budget during the case. She reports spending $200 on children’s expenses, $800 on groceries, $80 on gas, and $300 on medical costs, covering basic living needs.
Taxes make up the largest part of her monthly obligations. The filing lists $1,574 for Georgia state taxes and $1,343 for federal taxes, indicating that a significant portion of her income is allocated to government payments.
After expenses, the court documents show she is left with about $1,500 in disposable monthly income. That figure is used to help the court and creditors evaluate whether her repayment plan is workable under Chapter 11 rules.
Cole continues to run her business interests while the case moves forward, including Slutty Vegan, which grew into a nationally recognized plant-based restaurant chain. Her public profile also expanded through her role on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, which increased attention on her career and finances.
The case also includes a dispute involving a rental property. Cole claimed a creditor took control of the home during the proceedings, but court action later restored her access while the bankruptcy process continues.
The bankruptcy remains ongoing, and the court has not yet approved a final reorganization plan. Her income, expenses, and repayment structure will continue to be reviewed as part of the proceedings.
