Nationwide — Excellence in business and service has been recognized once again across two organizations founded by Dr. Tina J. Ramsay, a former behavior specialist and award-winning educator with more than 25 years of experience. Her media company, CTR Media Network, has been named a Best of South Carolina 2026 Regional Winner, marking the company’s second consecutive year receiving statewide recognition for excellence in digital media, podcasting, television broadcasting, publishing, and strategic content distribution.
At the same time, her 501(c)(3) nonprofit, CTR CARES Inc., has earned its first Best of South Carolina 2026 Honorable Mention, recognizing its growing impact through education, literacy initiatives, community outreach, and collaborative service. Together, these recognitions celebrate excellence in two distinct organizations dedicated to creating meaningful impact throughout South Carolina.
“Receiving these honors is incredibly humbling,” said Dr. Ramsay. “Each organization serves a unique purpose, but both were built on the same foundation of faith, integrity, excellence, and serving others. To see each one recognized for its own work is truly an honor. To God be all the glory.”
Although CTR Media Network and CTR CARES Inc. are separate organizations with different missions, they often collaborate on initiatives that educate, empower, and serve communities throughout South Carolina and beyond.
The recognition of both organizations in the 2026 Best of South Carolina Awards reflects excellence across two distinct areas—media innovation and community service—while demonstrating the power of purpose-driven leadership.
