As the Program Director of Little Successful Angels Daycare & Learning Academy in Fayetteville, Georgia, she has spent over 20 years serving families, nurturing young learners, and experiencing firsthand the everyday triumphs and challenges that childcare providers face.
Her journey, however, began long before she owned a childcare center. It began with her beloved mother, Sherry Butler, whose passion for educating and caring for children laid the foundation for a lifelong legacy. Sherry dedicated her life to serving families through early childhood education, opening a childcare center from her home in Quincy, Florida, and expanding into a full facility in 2007. That center remains open and operating today, continuing to serve the children and families of Gadsden County and the surrounding areas. She instilled values of compassion, excellence, and unwavering commitment to children in everyone around her.
Sadly, on December 5, 2013, Sherry Butler passed away. But her vision did not. Her legacy lives on through her daughter, Traneisha’s work, her mission, and the technology she has built in her mother’s honor. “I didn’t simply inherit a business,” says Traneisha. “I inherited a purpose. Every child deserves to be loved, every parent deserves peace of mind, and every childcare provider deserves tools that help them succeed.”
Throughout her years as a childcare owner herself, Traneisha welcomed one of the most valuable resources available to any business: parent feedback. Rather than viewing concerns as criticism, she viewed them as opportunities. She comments, “Parents consistently want to know: Is my child okay? What are they learning today? Can I see them during the day? How can I feel more connected while I’m at work?”

A lifelong childcare professional and entrepreneur with over 20 years of industry experience, she has dedicated her career to improving outcomes for children, supporting educators, and strengthening relationships between childcare providers and families. Her work is a direct continuation of the legacy established by her late mother, Sherry Butler, whose childcare center in Quincy, Florida, opened from her home and expanded into a full facility in 2007, and remains open and operating today, serving Gadsden County and the surrounding areas.
