Los Angeles, CA — Bobby Brown Jr., the 28-year old son of singer Bobby Brown, was found dead in his home on Wednesday. He reportedly had been experiencing flu-like symptoms, but had not tested positive for COVID-19.
Police believe no foul play was involved. No drugs were also found at the scene and they will be doing a toxicology test, according to Los Angeles Police Department spokesman Jeff Lee.
His father, Boby Brown, who is 51-years old, said he and his family are “devastated” by his son’s death.
“Please keep my family in your prayers at this time. Losing my son at this point in our lives has devastated my family. There are no words to explain the pain,” Bobby told TMZ.
Brown Jr.’s death comes more than 5 years after the death of his half-sister, Bobbi Kristina Brown, in 2015. She died after being in a coma for 6 months after she was found unconscious in a bathtub at her home.
