Nationwide — Claudienne Hibbert-Smith is making history as a former teenage mom who is now one of the most successful real estate professionals in South Florida and in the country. She became pregnant at 14 years old, but did not allow the statistics to predict her future. Now, more than two decades into her career, she and her team have reached over $1 billion in real estate sales. As an international real estate coach, she is also the founder and president of the National Association of Real Estate Women (NAREW), and is on a mission to inspire and help other women in the industry achieve similar results.
In a real estate industry where Black agents often face systemic barriers and underrepresentation, Claudienne’s rise is nothing short of extraordinary. Many agents never close a million dollars in sales, let alone build a career where influence, leadership, and legacy are the cornerstones. Claudienne not only built her own success with determination and grit, but she also kicked open the doors for others to follow. By the age of 21, she had earned her real estate license and purchased her first duplex, laying the foundation for a career that would change the trajectory of her life—and the lives of others around her.
Today, as global icon, Claudienne leads hundreds of realtors, mentoring and educating a new generation of professionals, many of whom come from marginalized communities. She uses her platform to challenge the industry’s status quo, proving that Black excellence belongs in every luxury high-rise, suburban development, and beachfront estate deal across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and beyond. Her vibrant online presence, followed by over 220,000 followers on Instagram (@ClaudienneHibbert), offers an unfiltered look into the daily life of a woman balancing million-dollar listings, motherhood, community leadership, and global ambition.
Her success isn’t just measured in contracts and commissions. Through her organization, the National Association of Real Estate Women (NAREW), she hosts free weekly Zoom calls teaching women and moms in the industry how to sell more homes and better compete in a male-dominated industry. Her organization focuses on mentorship, education, and providing aspiring entrepreneurs who need it most, ensuring that others have a real chance to break generational cycles.
Her journey is proof that barriers are meant to be broken and that success, when fueled by purpose and passion, knows no limits.
