New York, NY — On a recent episode of BET’s 106 & Park, Denzel Washington talks about what kind of music he listens to and his family connection to rapper/actor Ludacris. He also discusses his latest film The Equalizer, directed by Antoine Fuqua.

Washington was interviewed by the show’s co-host, Keshia Chante, who is a Canadian singer and also the actress scheduled to portray Aaliyah in the late R&B star’s upcoming biopic. Chante is credited with making BET history by getting the show’s first exclusive interview with First Lady Michelle Obama back in 2013.

106 & Park is BET’s flagship show and the network’s most popular music series of all time! Hosted by both Shad Moss (Bow Wow) & Keshia Chante, the show features exclusive interviews of the hottest music, TV and movie stars in front of a live audience. The show airs weeknights at 5P/4C. The show has been running since the 1990’s.
