Judge Warns Diddy to Quit Staring, Making Faces at Jurors or He’ll Be Banned From Courtroom

Diddy

Nationwide — Sean “Diddy” Combs was warned by the judge of his case to stop making faces at jurors during his trial or he could be kicked out from the courtroom. The warning came after the judge noticed Combs’ intense behavior during testimony.

On day 17 of the trial, Diddy’s legal team cross-examined Bryana Bongolan, who claims he held her over a 17-story balcony in 2016. According to her testimony, Diddy yelled, “You know what the f*** you did,” before pulling her back and slamming her into furniture.

The defense questioned her timeline, saying Diddy was on the East Coast on September 26, 2016, for the “Bad Boy Family Reunion Tour.” They also said he was staying at the Trump International in New York under the name “Frank Black” and appeared at a New York City event with Cassie that same day.

When asked how he could be in L.A. and New York at once, Bongolan had no explanation. On redirect, prosecutors clarified that the incident might have occurred later, on September 30, citing a text Cassie sent to Kristina Khorram’s phone.

According to TMZ, after Bongolan’s testimony, Judge Arun Subramanian called out Diddy’s lawyer for his client’s behavior, saying Diddy was “nodding vigorously” and staring down the jurors during questioning. The judge warned that if the behavior continues, Diddy could face sanctions, including being barred from the courtroom.

This warning came right before another key witness, identified only as “Jane,” was set to take the stand.
