Participants Can Earn Up to $30 in Amazon Gift Cards and Enter a Virtual Raffle to Win an iPad Mini for Completing the Study

Nationwide — Researchers at Tufts University are inviting members of the African American community to participate in a two-part online study examining attitudes and experiences related to flu vaccination. The study, which focuses on understanding effective flu vaccination communication, seeks to include diverse perspectives to ensure research findings are reflective of all communities.
Participants who qualify will complete two short online surveys — a 15-minute survey at the start of the study and a 10-minute follow-up survey three months later. For each completed survey, participants will receive Amazon e-gift cards, with a total reward of up to $30 for completing both surveys. Participants will also be entered into a raffle for a chance to win an iPad mini upon completion of the study.
“Diverse community participation in health research is essential to developing communication strategies that are effective and culturally relevant,” said Jennifer Kim, the study’s primary investigator. Ruby Ford, Research Analyst on the project, adds: “We want to ensure that the voices and experiences of the Black community are represented in this work.”
To participate, individuals must have access to high-speed internet and a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Interested participants can complete a two-minute online screener to determine eligibility at https://bit.ly/4e8HX74
