Grammy-Nominated Afrobeats Star, Ayra Starr, to Headline the Inaugural Midwest Cultural Fest

Nationwide — Ayra Starr, the Afrobeats diva nominated for a Grammy Award, will lead a star­ studded lineup of international and Haitian artists in celebration of the Midwest’s rich cultural diversity.

The picturesque Everwise Amphitheater at White River State Park will host the Midwest Cultural Fest on Saturday, May 4, 2024. After 15 years of organizing this event, formally known as the Haitian Flag Day Festival, the Haitian Association of Indiana (HAI) has teamed up with the world’s largest entertainment company, Live Nation, to co-produce this amazing event, elevating it to a new level.

HAI has also partnered with some of the most renowned promoters in the business – Innovative event promoters, TashaPromo, Team509 Production, and Island Midfest Indy Promo – to guarantee that the Midwest Cultural Fest turns into one of the most talked-about global events, renowned for its inventiveness and professionalism.

The event highlights the spirit of Haitian culture by fusing together a variety of musical styles, such as Konpa, Raboday, Afrobeats, Hip Hop, and Latino sounds.

Festival attendees may look forward to performances from DJ Stakz, Rocksteady, Osocity, Jason Panton, Kanis, DJ Bullet, DJ Taleb, DJ Frankie Mix a lot, Top Feelin, and more in addition to Ayra Star.

The celebrations include international dishes as well as arts & crafts and music.
