Nationwide — Coach Michael calls it TIMELINE9. It is a personal framework that maps his life across nine stages, beginning at age 13 in Inglewood, California, and continuing to today in Columbus, Ohio. Twelve of those years were spent incarcerated. The framework treats that time not as a gap, but as part of the arc. During those years, he wrote nineteen academic papers, between 2013 and 2014, that laid the groundwork for businesses he would not build until a decade later.
“Most people survived their story,” he says. “I mapped mines to consistently bring value in a holistic, numerical, and timely manner.”
That mapping grew into a philosophy Coach Michael calls Gradual Reconstruction of Worth. The idea is simple. Nobody rebuilds their value overnight, but the process can be documented, one stage at a time, instead of left invisible. That philosophy now runs GROWEFX, a youth transformation coaching company he founded to give young people a structured path he once had to build for himself.
