Jacqueline T. Small was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She holds both a bachelors degree in business administration from Temple University, and a masters degree in education from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania. Her debut novel is entitled Freedomtown : A Novelette.
