22-Year-Old Black Woman From Chicago Missing for Three Weeks, Police Seek Help

Timpestt Kinsey, woman missing for 3 weeks

Nationwide — Timpestt Kinsey, a 22-year-old African American woman from Chicago, has been missing for nearly 3 weeks. She was last seen on the city’s South Side on February 6th, and police are now asking for the public’s help to locate her.

Kinsey was last spotted in the 7200 block of South Bell Avenue. Chicago police described her as 5 feet 6 inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes. There have been no confirmed sightings of her since she disappeared.

According to Fox 32 Chicago, police believe she may now be in the area around South Burley, though no further details have been confirmed.

The search has entered its third week, and concern is growing for her safety. Anyone who may have seen Kinsey or has relevant information is encouraged to step forward.

Kinsey’s disappearance is part of a larger issue affecting Black women nationwide. Studies show Black women go missing at higher rates than other groups, often receiving less media coverage and public attention.
