Nationwide — On January 28, 2017, Dr. Florence Alexander of Longwood, Florida received the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award provided by the 44th President of the United States, President Barack Obama in Miami, Florida at the Atton Brickell Hotel.
During the ceremony, Dr. Alexander received a personalized certificate and congratulatory letter signed by the 44th President Barack Obama. In addition, Dr. Stanley Alexander, her husband, was presented with the President’s Lifetime Achievement official pin. Dr. Lei Lewis, publisher of Women of Wealth Magazine and President of the Global Women Empowerment Foundation coordinated the event with Dr. Jacqueline Mohair of the Trinity Girls Network and Ambassador to the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award and Word of Life Ambassador to the United Nation Geneva, Switzerland.

Dr. Florence Alexander is an accomplished author, and the President of Ebon Research Systems, LLC, a management consultant firm she started in 1970. She was the first African American to serve as a Florida Elector, and is a charter member of the Senatorial Inner Circle. She has received more than 50 awards including the Federal Woman’s Award, the Martin Luther King, Jr. Drug Major for Justice, Entrepreneur of the Year, Kennedy Space Center Small Business of the Year, Who’s Who International, Madame C. J. Walker Award, and many more.
