Marlene Trimuel’s Resume to Revenue™ Gift Discovery App and Six-Week Bootcamp Help Corporate Women Turn Decades of Experience Into Purpose-Driven Businesses

Nationwide — ReBrand HER Academy™ has opened enrollment for From Corporate to Marketplace™ 6-Week AI Bootcamp, a guided business-building program for Black corporate women navigating job loss, retirement, burnout, workplace invisibility, undervaluation, and midlife career transitions. The program addresses the immediate need for new income and business opportunities among Black women affected by changes in the American workforce. According to Catalyst, more than 455,000 women left the U.S. workforce between January and August 2025. Its research identified layoffs, caregiving responsibilities, inflexible workplaces, and other pressures among the reasons women left. Black women carried a disproportionate share of women’s job losses. According to the Institute for Women’s Policy Research, revised federal data show that 251,000 Black women lost jobs between January and August 2025.
Although Black women represented only 14.1 percent of the female workforce at the beginning of the year, they accounted for 54.7 percent of women’s job losses during that period. Behind those numbers are experienced Black women who spent decades leading teams, managing projects, solving problems, serving customers, and helping organizations succeed. Many are now searching for a practical way to use what they have learned.
Trimuel created the Resume to Revenue™ Gift Discovery App as a direct response to that need. The AI-powered app helps women examine their résumés, professional achievements, transferable skills, personal stories, and lived experiences to uncover potential business opportunities.
The app guides each user toward a Gift Archetype, business topic, potential business model, first offer, and personalized summary of how her experience may be used in the marketplace. From Corporate to Marketplace™ 6-Week AI Bootcamp then helps participants turn that initial clarity into a business foundation, signature offer, digital products, business systems, and launch strategy.
“A woman may look at her résumé and see a list of jobs, but I see evidence of problems she knows how to solve,” said Trimuel. “Resume to Revenue helps her recognize the value that has been there all along. The app provides clarity, and the Bootcamp helps her build the business.”
Trimuel created ReBrand HER™ after surviving a brain aneurysm and rebuilding more than her physical health. During that season, she was also grieving significant family losses, navigating caregiving and menopause, and facing a private loss of confidence while still meeting the demands of her professional life.
That experience led Trimuel to regain her Voice, Identity, and Power and recognize that many accomplished women were quietly facing similar personal and professional transitions.
“ReBrand HER was born from my need to rediscover who God called me to be,” said Trimuel. “I created it for the woman who has spent years showing up for everyone else and has reached a season when she must ask, ‘Who am I now, and what am I supposed to do next?'”
ReBrand HER Academy™ became the educational home for that mission. The Academy provides a Personal Development Path and a Corporate Path. The Corporate Path helps women turn their professional knowledge, skills, stories, and experience into purpose-driven businesses and potential streams of income. From Corporate to Marketplace™ 6-Week AI Bootcamp is the signature program within the Corporate Path.
During the Bootcamp, participants identify business opportunities within their résumés and lived experiences, define the audience they are equipped to serve, establish their business foundation, and design a signature offer. They also create launch-ready assets that include an eBook, companion workbook, mini-course outline, and AI-powered app blueprint. Participants build their business infrastructure, develop a visibility and content strategy, and prepare to introduce their offers to the marketplace.
The program also demonstrates how one body of knowledge can support consulting, coaching, workshops, digital products, courses, memberships, speaking, and AI-powered tools, creating opportunities for multiple streams of income.
