Black-Owned Construction Company Partners with Boxer Roy Jones Jr and Others to Launch Saving the Kids Initiative

Nationwide — Choates Family of Companies, a Black family-owned construction company, together with RJJ Saving the Kids and initiative partners Roy Jones Jr., Johnny Damon, Jackie Siegel, and Darrell Choates Sr., have confirmed the official launch of a global boxing entertainment and humanitarian platform designed to mobilize sustained resources for a Children Rescue & Anti-Trafficking Initiative through a multi-event championship model beginning in Las Vegas.

The premiere event is said to take place in April 2026, with the main event headliner Roy Jones Jr. The platform’s strategy integrates major-event distribution and sponsorship activation with a long-term roadmap intended to scale beyond a single night—building continuity, reach, and repeatable impact across future events.

In an interview held with Lara Trump as part of the initiative’s media rollout, she emphasized the importance of mobilizing private-sector leadership and public awareness to protect vulnerable children and accelerate prevention and rescue-focused action. “When credible partners show up with real resources and real follow-through, the impact is immediate—and it lasts,” Trump said.

For qualified parties exploring investment participation, the initiative outlines a proposed institutional structure that may include Regulation D private placement, revenue
share participation units, escrow and fund-control mechanisms, and independent event audit and settlement reporting, with final terms subject to definitive documentation and counsel review. The initiative also notes commercial risk disclosures and that investors should review full offering documents before participating.

More so, the initiative has received formal support from Pennsylvania State Senator Sharif Street, a Democratic State Senator representing the Third Senatorial District in North Philadelphia since 2016, who issued an official letter expressing support for the humanitarian mission of Choates Family of Companies and RJJ Saving the Kids and acknowledging alignment and partnership in advancing the shared goal of protecting children and promoting justice.
