Tracy D. Pierce served in the United States Army for 20 years, as a Public Affairs Specialist, Combat Medic and Drill Sergeant. After leaving active duty, he was able to make a successful transition from military life into corporate life. He began his corporate career at a radio station group where he was able to turn it around and lead it to number 1 in the market. He has also led a sales team for a major Ford Dealership to record breaking profits. Most recently he was an Executive Leader for a publicly traded company. As a Drill Sergeant, he trained civilians to become soldiers and as a manager in corporate America; he’s trained employees to become leaders, and leaders to become better leaders.
