Diddy Forced His Party Guests to Sign an Agreement, No Photos, Recording or Posting on Social Media

Nationwide — Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legendary parties for celebrities have always been surrounded by intrigue, and new details from TMZ help explain why. The outlet has obtained a typical non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that party guests were required to sign, revealing the extensive measures taken to protect Diddy’s privacy. The NDA restricts attendees from sharing any information about Diddy, his family, past or current partners, friends, or business associates. The document explicitly bans photography, filming, or recording of Diddy or anyone in his circle without prior written consent. It also lists social media platforms where attendees are prohibited from posting any images or videos without his approval.

Further, the agreement specifies that attendees cannot give interviews, write books, or distribute any information about Diddy or his gatherings unless they have secured prior written consent. This strict approach underscores Diddy’s commitment to controlling the narrative surrounding his private events.

The NDA is comprehensive, lasting for the artist’s lifetime plus an additional 20 years, or a total of 70 years, whichever is greater. While NDA durations vary widely, this one stands out for its length and strictness.

Recently, Diddy made headlines after his September arrest on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transporting individuals for prostitution. He is currently held at MDC Brooklyn, a well-known detention center in New York City, as he awaits trial. In an additional claim, a Playboy model from one of his past parties alleged that he made her watch a Jennifer Lopez video before they became intimate in 2000.

Attempts to get a comment from Diddy’s team have not yet received a response.
