Kristi Muhammad and attendees at the Global Power Tour

NationwideGlobal Power Tour, the global business and leadership conference founded by Kristi Muhammad, will reach its 30th and final city in Houston on January 10 to 11. The conclusion of this nine-year initiative arrives at a pivotal moment for Black women across the United States. More than 300,000 Black women have been displaced from traditional employment this year, increasing the demand for advanced business strategy and entrepreneurial skill development.

The final Global Power Tour conference directly addresses this shift by delivering a curriculum focused on economic mobility, strategic leadership, and business structure. Attendees will gain the tools to strengthen economic stability, enhance business capacity, and build long-term strategic resilience.

The 2026 conference features a lineup of entrepreneurs and industry experts who bring advanced insight into financial stability, business operations, leadership, and economic strategy. Featured speakers include:

1. Dr. Lauren Josephs – Vice President and COO of Visionary Vanguard Group, Inc., a firm that provides research, evaluation, education, and technical assistance to help organizations eliminate disparities and achieve equitable outcomes.

2. Krishna Powell – Human Resources Expert and Founder of HR for Your Small Biz, a boutique consulting firm that helps small business leaders strengthen hiring, performance management, and employee development.

3. Venetreas Craig – Tax Strategist and Planner at Vee’s Consulting 360, guiding individuals and small businesses in optimizing tax planning, maximizing savings, and improving financial structure.

4. Ja’Net Adams – Financial Strategist and CEO of EMACK Consulting LLC, specializing in debt reduction, student loan strategy, and translating economic and political changes into clear guidance so people understand how these shifts impact their personal finances.

5. Sheila Fluker – Founder of The Balloon Squad, offering insight into creative business development, brand experience design, and building profitable service based enterprises.

6. A’Tondra Jones – Co-Founder of Sovara Structure, specializing in analyzing a company’s operational framework, identifying patterns that hinder growth, and redesigning the business structure to align with the founder’s capacity and long term vision.

7. Jessica Williams – Founder of White Hat Solutions, a systems and workflow expert who helps high-performing entrepreneurs build efficient, scalable, and profitable operational processes.

Kristi Muhammad shared, “The job market is shifting fast, and Black women are absorbing the impact. We designed this final Global Power Tour stop to give women the strategy, structure, and support needed to take back control of their careers. When women understand how to navigate money, operations, technology, contracts, and revenue, they become unstoppable. Our commitment is to expand the number of Black women who lead, build, and rise through entrepreneurship and strategic skill development.”

The Houston event concludes a nine-year global initiative that has served thousands of women across multiple countries. The final conference features two full days of advanced training, strategic networking, and business development.
