Rapper GloRilla Finally Speaks Out About Accusations of Abandoning Her Family

Nationwide — GloRilla is speaking out after her sister, Victoria “ScarFace” Woodz, accused her of abandoning their family, saying she hasn’t been supportive despite her fame. The Memphis rapper went live on Facebook to set the record straight.

During the livestream, Glo told her sister to stop dragging her and their family online. “Keep my family out of it, and keep me out of it,” Glo said, according to The Grio. She added that her close friends and supporters were fine and unaffected by the drama.

Victoria had accused Glo of not helping their parents, but the rapper has made efforts to support them. In 2025, she bought her father a new car to celebrate his retirement after 30 years at the post office, and her parents confirmed she had also helped them with trips and other gifts.

Glo’s father defended the family, calling Victoria’s accusations out of line. “Whatever happens in the Woods family, good or bad, ain’t none of y’all concern,” he said, adding he was grateful for Glo’s generosity.

Glo’s mother also spoke up, explaining she retired from FedEx by choice and not because of financial pressure. She said Victoria’s behavior forced her to resign from the job because she revealed the family’s schedule and hours.

The family conflict continued online, with Victoria posting Instagram Stories that she believed contradicted her mother’s statements, though she later deleted them. Throughout it all, GloRilla remained focused on defending her family and setting the record straight.
