Nationwide — The Humanitas Community Development Corporation (CDC), founded by James Reedom, is dedicated to aiding those who are less fortunate. Established in the heart of Fort Worth/ Dallas, Texas, they have aided the less fortunate for over 19 years now. Many of those that they have helped were able to get back on their feet and restart their lives.Established in April of 1988 under the sponsorship of another non-profit called Help Is On The Way, Inc, the program aims to assist low income and economic distressed businesses with consulting and organizational experience to secure federal, state, local and private funds for rural and urban counties /parishes Currently, Humanitas CDC especially wants to bring dollars to the African American community.
