Broward, FL — A man and his ex-girlfriend in Florida were recently having a fight that took it all the way to the road. In a viral video, Junior Francis was seen clinging to the hood of the car that his ex-girlfriend was driving along Interstate 95 in South Florida. He said he was trying to stop her from leaving.According to Junior, who is 22-years old, their fight started when Isidore was leaving a friend’s house. They happened to both need to use the Mercedes-Benz C300 that they co-own. So when she got into the driver’s seat of the car, he hopped onto its hood thinking it would keep her from leaving.
But then, she went on and drove on the I-95 with the speed at 70 miles per hour. Francis kept holding on to the hood with one hand while he used his other hand to call the police.
“She’s swerving the car and I’m on top of the car. I really need help,” Francis told the dispatcher, according to the 911 call.
Meanwhile, 24-year-old Patresha Isidore said that Francis left her with no choice but to do that. She told WSVN, “I had to go get my child. I wasn’t going to deal with any foolishness.”
Isidore was referring to her 5-year-old daughter with Francis. She said they had a complicated relationship and they already broke up eight months ago. She added that she is trying to obtain a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend even though they are still living together.
“That guy is crazy,” she said of Francis. “He won’t leave me alone.”
She said she recorded the whole ordeal while inside the car. She continued driving after feeling threatened. She said, “He was threatening me, so I was scared, so of course I wasn’t going to stop and let him get in the car.”
Another driver, Daniel Midah, recorded the dangerous stunt and later on posted the 43-second video on Twitter which became viral with over a million views.
Eventually, Isidore stopped and Francis joined her inside the car as they headed to West Park in Broward, Florida. That was where Isidore was arrested on a charge of culpable negligence. She was released after posting bail.
Francis, however, told the police he doesn’t want to press charges against his daughter’s mother and refused to give a statement.
