Nationwide — Kai Cole, a veteran publicist, cultural architect, and founder of The Kai Society PR Agency, has announced a nationwide call for nominations to her pro bono initiative, 100 Women to Watch. The program provides media placement, strategic storytelling, and syndicated press visibility at no cost to high-performing female founders, executives, and innovators. So far, the initiative has brought together more than 300 female leaders across enterprise tech, healthcare, law, creative industries, and social impact, reaching a combined audience of over 6 million.
As media access becomes harder to secure without the right connections or budget, third-party visibility has become one of the clearest paths to business and career growth. Leaders need strategic storytelling and real press placement to get their work in front of decision-makers, investors, and major institutions. The initiative is built for women founders, C-suite executives, nonprofit directors, and innovators seeking national recognition, corporate partnerships, and board appointments.
“High-performing women are driving massive economic and institutional change, but they’re still locked out of legacy media networks more often than not,” says Kai. “This isn’t about adding another name to a list. It’s about handing someone access they’ve earned but couldn’t buy their way into. When we equip high-performing women with that level of media authority, it shifts the trajectory of funding, partnerships, and board appointments from years of friction to immediate momentum.”
