Nationwide — Kanye West stirred controversy again after making offensive comments about Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s children on social media. His now-deleted tweet included ableist slur and hateful remarks about the couple’s younger twin kids.
Shortly after, West removed the post and explained his reason in another tweet. He clarified that he deleted the comments not because he was a “GOOD PERSON,” but due to the “POSSIBILITY OF MY TWITTER BEING CANCELLED.” He mentioned removing content about “JAY Z AND BEYONCÉ’S FAMILY” and “JERRY LORENZO’S FAMILY” for the same reason.
In another alarming post, West made more offensive remarks, joking about Down Syndrome by saying, “I TOOK IT DOWN LIKE DOWN SYNDROME GET IT AM I RIGHT??” He followed this with a vulgar statement aimed at the world.
West then posted another racist and hateful comment directed at Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s family. He used racial slurs before deleting the message and continuing with more controversial remarks.
West’s latest outburst coincides with the release of his new album, BULLY, which he dropped Tuesday night as a short film.
