— Certified Personal Trainer Interviews Fitness and Nutrition Experts, Athletes, Celebrities and Other Movers and Shakers From Around the Country to Discuss the Importance of Living a Healthy Lifestyle —
New York, NY — In his continuous efforts to reduce the effects of obesity and chronic disease among children and adults in New York City, Vincent Ferguson, President and Founder of Body Sculpt of New York, a not-for-profit health and fitness organization has found another way to educate the public on the importance of living a healthy lifestyle by producing and hosting his “Six Weeks to Fitness Podcast”.
The Six Weeks to Fitness Podcast has grown exponentially since it started, attracting listeners from all over the world. The interview with Kim Coles will air on November 12 to coincide with the debut of her one-woman show on Bounce TV. “The interview with Kim Coles was fun,” stated Ferguson, “she really opened up about her life, early days in show business when she first met Bill Cosby, Whoopi Goldberg, Oprah, George Carlin and others.”
In addition to Kim Coles, some of Mr. Ferguson’s other interviews included USA Olympic Bobsled Pilot, Jazmine Fenlator; “Chilli” from the R&B Group TLC; Brie Bythewood, formerly of Bravo TV’s “Blood, Sweat and Heels;” and actor Jasper Cole.
“I had no idea so many people would be listening,” said Mr. Ferguson. He believes that education is the key and once you educate people on the importance of proper nutrition and exercise, they will be more equipped to make the right choices.
