Lia Evette Tucker
Towson, MD — Lia Evette Tucker, a 46-year old woman from Maryland who has been accused of stabbing her boyfriend in the face, was arrested on Sunday night. She is facing first and second-degree assault charges.The police responded to a domestic stabbing call at 7:43 p.m. last Sunday to the unit block of Allegheny Avenue.
Officers said Tucker and his 50-year old boyfriend were in a heated argument when she stabbed him using a kitchen knife. She slashed him in the face where he sustained a serious wound that is believed to be not life-threatening.
Tucker was arrested at the scene while her boyfriend was rushed to the hospital.
As of Monday, Tucker is being held without bail pending a bail review hearing.
