Nationwide — Live Natural is a Black-owned brand that has successfully been offering natural products for men suffering from erectile dysfunction since 2012. J.R. Scroggings, Founder and CEO of the company, say that he owes much of his company’s success to customers word of mouth, and recommendations.
Live Natural recently had a devastating situation take place where a new shipment of their products to be delivered and stocked was held for more than 60 days by the delivery company. The deliverers excuse was only half their products for delivery to waiting businesses had been scanned, two weeks after they had taken possession of merchandise. And that it would take 45-60 days before merchants received their merchandise.
This meant that customers who purchased products from our company, Live Natural, would have to wait several weeks, if not months, to receive their purchased products.
Scroggins says his customers are unbelievable because they waited from mid-June to late August to receive their purchases. And only one customer requested a refund. That is unheard of in today’s business climate with so much competition in any market.
He comments, “I would like to personally thank all who were there for us and who waited patiently for their purchases. My team and I are working on a way to thank them for their continued support. Stay tuned.”
