Nationwide — Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, a 19-year-old healthcare worker who works at a facility in Loganville, Georgia, has been arrested for posting disturbing videos online of herself dancing on a disabled man’s head while wearing scrubs. The video went viral, leading to public outrage and a police investigation.The Loganville Police Department launched an inquiry after one of the videos gained widespread attention on social media. Koiyan reportedly uploaded at least two videos of her “dancing in a provocative manner” above a man who appears to be disabled. She has since deleted the video, but not before it sparked public outrage.
“When I watched it, disgusted is the only word I know,” Police Chief Dick Lowry told Local12. “He is disabled and then making the video and posting it to social media for your own benefit is the exploitation of that person.”
Koiyan was arrested on January 23rd and charged with felony exploitation of a disabled person. Authorities are continuing to investigate whether more victims are involved.
