Philadelphia, PA — In the past five years, Milano di Rouge has transformed from an online boutique to a fashion powerhouse worn by celebrities such as Cardi B, Rick Ross, Meek Mill, and Lala Anthony.

Though some may not put the city of Philadelphia at the top of the list for iconic styles, Milano di Rouge has certainly changed the landscape. Created by one of the city’s most recognizable and outspoken African American female entrepreneurs, Milan, the Milano di Rouge brand redefines urban fashion.
