Nationwide — Scierra Blair, an African American mom from Mayfield Heights, Ohio, welcomed her newborn twins, Jose Ervin III and A-ria, into the world on the very same day that she and her husband Jose Ervin Jr. were also born on August 18.The proud parents can be seen holding their fraternal twins in heartwarming photos shared by the Cleveland Clinic, according to WSVN.
Scierra was supposed to have her babies at the end of the month, but things didn’t quite go as planned. She actually started going into labor a few days earlier, just one day before her birthday, which happens to be the same day as Ervin’s birthday too.
The parents and the doctors at Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights decided to wait until midnight to welcome the twins officially. Little Jose came into the world at 12:35am and A-ria followed just a minute later at 12:36am.
Moreover, both babies weighed a little over 5 pounds each and both are healthy, as confirmed by the Cleveland Clinic.
