Nationwide — Sean “Diddy” Combs is selling his luxurious Beverly Hills mansion for $61 million, marking a significant moment in Los Angeles real estate. The sale comes as the music mogul faces a series of financial challenges, having lost multiple business deals due to allegations of abuse. Despite these accusations, which he has consistently denied, Combs is moving forward with the sale of his sprawling estate, located in one of the most exclusive areas of Los Angeles.
The Beverly Hills property is located in the prestigious Platinum Triangle, a highly sought-after area that includes affluent neighborhoods like Holmby Hills, Bel-Air, and Beverly Hills. This particular mansion is on “Billionaire’s Row,” a stretch where notable figures such as Kylie Jenner, tech leaders Evan Spiegel and Sean Parker, and music executives Irving Azoff and Jimmy Iovine also reside. The estate has been a part of Combs’ portfolio since he purchased it for $40 million a decade ago.
The grand estate spans 1.3 acres and includes a 13,000-square-foot, two-story mansion. A cobblestone driveway leads to the European-inspired home, which has been completely renovated to offer luxurious amenities. The main house features a grand entry foyer with a sweeping staircase, formal living and dining rooms, a wine cellar, and a gourmet kitchen complete with a family room and a separate catering kitchen. The estate is designed with elegance and opulence, perfectly suited for its high-profile owner.
In addition to the main residence, the property includes a two-story guest house with a gym, recording studio, and additional guest accommodations. Entertainment is also a focus of the home, as it boasts a state-of-the-art theater with seating for 35 people. Outside, the mansion’s grounds are equally impressive, featuring expansive lawns, formal gardens, a resort-like swimming pool with a waterfall and grotto, a basketball court, and a spa house. There is also an outdoor loggia complete with a barbecue area, bar, and pizza oven, offering the perfect setting for luxurious gatherings.
Combs, who has primarily lived on Star Island in Miami for years, is reportedly selling the property now that his children are grown. The decision to part with the estate marks a new chapter for the hip-hop legend, who has spent most of his time in Florida since facing multiple lawsuits. Though these legal challenges have affected his business, Combs is looking to move forward by shedding the property and focusing on the next stage of his life.
