Nationwide — Prentis Lee has been arrested for allegedly shooting his mother’s boyfriend in Memphis. Police said his mother, Denise Woody, ordered him to shoot the victim during an argument on February 5th.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found the victim with a gunshot wound to his forearm, according to WLBT. He told police he had been arguing with his girlfriend when Lee shot him. The victim managed to shield his face from the gunfire.
Lee has been charged with attempted second-degree murder and is being held on a $350,000 bond. His mother was also arrested and is being held on a $50,000 bond.
