— His new song is a spoof of Jay Z and Justin Timberlake’s “Holy Grail”. The song and video first surfaced in April this year. Since The Wendy Williams show made it’s fall debut September 15th, the video resurfaced on World Star Hip Hop again this weekend for the second time and officially went viral this weekend with over 100,000 views on World Star and YouTube. —

Nationwide — THE BLUEPRINT! He labels himself as a comedian/actor/activist who insists he will play Redd Foxx one day. You may ask yourself why would a former CIA employee with a degree Johns Hopkins University want to be a comedian in the first place. The answer is, because it makes him happy. Stevieweevie has been putting out videos since 2010 when he started doing stand up as a way to deal with a very nasty divorce that resulted in an incident of domestic violence. Add to that working in a hostile work environment and you have someone looking for a stress relief. Since then he has produced over 125 videos on his YouTube channel @stevieweevie71, as a matter of fact @stevieweevie71 is his internet handle on all social networks. He has over 6 million internet views on several website channels to include World Star Hip Hop, YouTube, VLADTv and Funny or Die. 8 out of 10 of his videos featured on World Star Hip Hop have gone viral.Going back to bring you forward, Stevieweevie is a very sharp business minded person. He started his first business when he was 19 years old in his hometown of Baltimore, Maryland where he still resides. He went from owning 4 vans in which he was a service provider that contracted with the State of Maryland to transport medical patients to trading up to a restroom equipped motor coach doing tours and charters. He then found himself filing chapter #7 bankruptcy at 23 years of age in 1995 from being $125,000 in debt. Life comes at you fast!
Since then he has worked as an unarmed security, armed security guard and special police officer. Always an entrepreneur, during this period he bought and sold cars at the auction and even started a private assisted living home, being licensed by the State Of Maryland for the second time. In 2003 he graduated from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco, Georgia and landed a government job with the CIA as a federal police officer. He traveled around the world with his former employer and even did 2 tours in Kabul, Afghanistan. After experiencing blatant racism over the 11 years being employed at the Central Intelligence Agency, he grew tired. On June 2, 2013, Stevieweevie did an unauthorized interview with Humor Mill Magazine in which he expressed the struggles of African Americans in the CIA workplace. He was reprimanded for his actions.

Then to make matters worse, when the Trayvon Martin case hit the fan and George Zimmerman was found not guilty on July 13, 2013, Stevieweevie released a song titled “Closed Letter”, a mock of Jay Z’s “Open Letter” to the White House for his trip to Cuba except Stevieweevie’s version was about racism within the CIA’s police department. Stevieweevie was immediately placed on administrative leave with pay until he was ultimately “Released of his duties” on February 15, 2014. Confused and enthused he started DoYouWorkWellWithMinorities.org – The name is self explanatory. Stevieweevie could not understand how do you get rid of him for trying to expose a problem within the CIA’s police department, but yet, you don’t “fix” the problem. He admits that he became the “Angry Black Man In The Workplace”, but ask yourself, how did he get there?
Stevieweevie says in the case of Donald Sterling, the NBA banned him, fined him, but did not offer education or training to make him a better person. That’s how you solve the problem. Now he’s kissing Black babies and going to Black churches in Compton, but ask yourself a question… Is he still a racist? In the case of Michael Brown and the Ferguson situation, Stevieweevie says situations like that will continue to happen as long as you have “high strung” “hard charger” young White cops in mostly minority neighborhoods. He says he has worked with guys like this and they are more of a situation waiting to happen than an asset. Once again, diversity training and education would help. Also, hiring more minorities wouldn’t hurt either. The entire “Public Safety” sector (ie, Police, Fire, Corrections, etc.) has a reputation for harboring racism, just ask African Americans who work in this field. He says you don’t let a few bad apples spoil the bunch. He says he was not the model police officer; however, neither were some of his co-workers. When you are African American, all eyes are on you and no one pays attention to the short comings of the Caucasion officers. Stevieweevie does not want to speak badly about his former CIA employer, except the problem has not been fixed and you do not solve it by getting rid of people trying to expose it. Represented by legal counsel, Stevieweevie currently has an EEO case against the Central Intelligence Agency.
Now unemployed, Stevieweevie has been spending his time trying to break into show business. Auditions, headshots, resumes, acting classes, electronic press kits, press releases, his own website the whole nine yards. He says in this business you need a very impressive entertainment resume and make yourself attractive & marketable, but most of all, you have to “brand” yourself. He says most people just don’t get the whole branding thing because most entertainers are not entrepreneurs like he is. He says he started at a very young age with the “entrepreneur bug” and it’s instilled in him. He admits everything he does is over the top. He says the more education, credentials and training you have, the easier your life will be. He says, you have to keep both your professional “working” resume and entertainment resume equally up to par. As it happened to him, he says in closing, “Don’t quit your day job. Get fired and collect unemployment while you are trying to make it in show business.”
