Atlanta, GA — Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of late superstar Whitney Houston and singer Bobby Brown, has died at the age of 22. She had been hospitalized and remained in a coma since January 2015, when she was found unconscious in a bathtub. In June, she had been moved to a hospice facility.
Sadly, Bobbi Kristina died in a similar way to her mother who, about three years earlier, accidentally drowned in a bathtub in Beverly Hills. Authorities later determined the cause to be heart problems and a drug overdose.
News of her death sparked an instant outpouring of mourning and condolences on social media, even amongst celebrities who spoke out via Twitter.
