Black Children’s Book Author, Coco Labon, Introduces 2nd Adventure Book About A Kitten Named Polo

Nationwide — Coco LaBon is excited to introduce her new children’s book, Polo’s Mail Truck Adventure! This book is about a mischievous kitten named Polo who chases a butterfly onto a mail truck and finds himself going on an unexpected adventure when the mail truck drives off with him inside.

Once the mail truck arrives at the next stop, Polo finds himself in an unfamiliar neighborhood, but soon he meets a new friend who helps him find his way back home. Coco believes that kids, especially those who love kittens, will be captivated by this adventure story! Polo’s Mail Truck Adventure features an African American family and is available on Amazon in Kindle and paperback formats.

Coco’s first book, The Legend of the Chocolate River, was published about 15 years ago with a different publisher and is also available on Amazon in Kindle and paperback formats. The Legend of the Chocolate River is about a baby elephant named Manda who is best friends with an old wise frog, Mr. Crowley. One day, they set out on a dangerous journey to find the legendary Chocolate River, but first they must cross Skeleton River, which is full of hungry crocodiles! Children who love chocolate will enjoy going along on their journey.

In late 2019, Coco made a brave decision to form her own company and republish her book to have more control over creative and business decisions. “I really love having complete control over my books and being able to track daily sales. I see great successes coming in the future!”
