Nationwide — President Trump dismissed a reporter on Air Force One Friday, calling her “piggy” when she asked about his name appearing in emails linked to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The tense exchange came as new records continue to surface about Epstein’s connections.
As the reporter began her question, Trump wagged his finger and said, “Quiet, quiet piggy,” cutting her off mid-question. The interaction was caught on camera aboard the plane, according to Cleveland 19 News.
Earlier this week, the House Oversight Committee released more than 30,000 records tied to Epstein. Several emails mention Trump, though none directly accuse him of wrongdoing.
Trump has consistently denied knowing about Epstein’s crimes and said their relationship ended years ago. He has also minimized the importance of being mentioned in the records.
The House is scheduled to vote Tuesday on whether to release the full criminal investigative files on Epstein, which could shed more light on his contacts and activities.
