Kansas City, MO — The BlackCEO Kansas City Chapter is celebrating 1 year anniversary of Chapter Development with the recognition of the First Chapter of the BlackCEO Movement in Kansas City at The Wealth Plan Conference Thursday, May 31st – Saturday, June 2, 2018.
BlackCEO is an initiative to create collaborative environments amongst black business owners. It is a content distribution organization committed to educating, training, and developing black business owners into legacy and wealth based businesses. It is a content distribution organization that provides training and information that will aide a black business owner toward developing legacy and wealth based businesses.
BlackCEO is committed to creating opportunities that will enhance the economic standing of black businesses around the world. The BlackCEO Movement began in February 22, 2016, and currently has over 300,000 black business owners following the Movement Globally. It was the desire of the Founder, Trevor Otts and his partner Che Brown to impact the black business community. Trevor Otts is considered a Marketing Guru and Che Brown is known as the Sales Cardiologist. With their business knowledge and expertise they travel around the Globe providing business education and training, while establishing chapters everywhere they go. Currently there are 56 chapters throughout America, Canada, London England, Nigeria, and Cape Town South Africa. The goal is to have a local chapter in all 200 major cities in America and throughout the world.

Saturday June 2, 2018, BlackCEO will host its first PitchFEST an initiative to provide needed capital to Black Business Owners in Kansas City. Along with the BlackCEO Kid/YouthPreneur FREE Summit to be held at 11:00am-2pm for Young Entrepreneurs ages 8-16yrs old. Concluding with the Conference Anniversary Dinner at 6:30pm with a Social/Cocktail Hour. Doors open for Dinner at 7:30pm with a Fashion Show hosted by Micah’s Boutique and Platinum Menswear, Entertainment with Jazz Saxophone Artist Mark Turner formerly of Kansas City, Dinner and words from our KeyNote Speaker Founder, Trevor Otts.
