New York, NY — In his continuous efforts to reduce the effects of obesity and chronic disease among children and adults in New York City, Vincent Ferguson, President and Founder of Body Sculpt of New York, a not-for-profit health and fitness organization has found another way to educate the public on the importance of living a healthy lifestyle by producing and hosting his “Six Weeks to Fitness Podcast”.

“I created the Six Weeks to Fitness podcast to inform, motivate, encourage and inspire my listeners towards living a healthy lifestyle. Sometimes people just need a little inspiration”, says Ferguson, who is also the creator of the “Children’s Sports & Fitness Expo” and “Six Weeks to Fitness Programs” in New York. Mr. Ferguson is also the author of the “Six Weeks to A Flatter Stomach” ebook, which can be downloaded from his website at www.sixweeks.com.

The Six Weeks to Fitness Podcast has grown exponentially since it started, attracting listeners from all over the world. The interview with Kim Coles will air on November 12 to coincide with the debut of her one-woman show on Bounce TV. “The interview with Kim Coles was fun,” stated Ferguson, “she really opened up about her life, early days in show business when she first met Bill Cosby, Whoopi Goldberg, Oprah, George Carlin and others.”
