Sacramento, CA — In 2008, Meiko S. Patton lost her mother to colon and liver cancer. Her mom, Bernice Patton was just 59-years old. After the death of her mom, Meiko regularly contemplated suicide and was in a state of depression for several years.

Meiko worked as a Letter Carrier for the United States Postal Service and every day she would see stamps. One day, while having recurring thoughts of suicide, a thought from the Divine about a postage stamp popped into her brain. She thought deeply that day about the purpose of a stamp and that one thought changed the trajectory of her life.

She challenged herself to live like a postage stamp because they stick to their purpose and never ever give up. Meiko began setting goals for her spiritual, mental and emotional health. She decided for 21 straight days to get up at 4 a.m. and go to the gym before work. She not only kept that promise to herself, she kept up that regimen for nearly a decade.

“Most people thought I was crazy, when I told them what I was going to do,” Meiko said. “But I didn’t care because I knew my life depended on it. It would just be me and Kobe Bryant up at 4 a.m. and I was ok with that because he’s a winner and I was determined to be one.”

Today, Meiko is an Amazon #1 Best-Selling Author. Her book, How a Postage Stamp Saved My Life – 21 Powerful Tips to Defeat Depression, Skyrocket Your Self-Confidence & Achieve Your Goals shows how she took her life back and started her own business. She owns a successful chatbot agency, Patton Pending LLC, helping businesses generate over 80 percent open rates using Facebook Messenger and Alexa Skills.

Meiko even created a flagship course to help people who struggle with depression, suicidal thoughts, low self-esteem and much more. Her course, Never Ever Give Up: The Mindset Mastery Course, which consists of 24 in-depth videos and motivational guides is exclusively available for a limited time for just $19.99, if you enroll today, you’ll learn how she met Oprah.
